Without knowing where to begin, I ended up contacting 33 different firms over a 4 month period before choosing Tekyz to begin our project. From my first telephone conversation with them to the completion of the site, I couldn’t be happier. From the beginning, I felt David (the owner), unlike the vast majority of the other firms/individuals I contacted previously “got it”… i.e he had a good understanding of what we were trying to accomplish and knew how to implement it. Admittedly, I’ve made numerous changes/additions to the project since our beginning. All have been executed properly and within a timely fashion. Additionally, I couldn’t be happier with our lead programmer and as I result I’m continuing the Tekyz relationship via a new Service Level Agreement for continued support. There are a zillion firms out there that may (or may not) be qualified to do whatever it is you have in mind. — At some point, you have to take a “measured” leap of faith in choosing. — All I can say is that I certainly chose wisely. If David gives you a price, he doesn’t change it. If he tells you his team can do it, they can… and will. Without a doubt, I couldn’t have completed this project without them.

Tekyz has been wonderful to work with. Its leadership has bent over backwards to meet our needs and to adjust to our ever-changing product specifications as we learn from users during initial market entry. The team assigned to our account in India from Mobifilia is as good as any team I’ve worked with in my own office here in the US. They communicate extremely well and understand the development process for all the platforms we are supporting. Their work is cost effective, generally on schedule and the product quality has been outstanding. But, most of all, they are a pleasure to work with during our frequent Skype calls. I can’t recommend the Tekyz team highly enough and plan to work with them for a long time to come.

I worked with Tekyz and David on converting a Flash-based SCORM testing system to a Java-based tool that allows us to update content for our non-Flash customers. David and his team took accountability for the project and worked extended hours with additional time and human resources to see the project to a successful end. David and his team were extremely flexible and accommodating in terms of scope modifications and implemented solutions that worked for us.  I hope to work with Tekyz, David and his team of developers on future projects.

When I first conceived my application idea, I knew exactly zero about software development. I’ve been a computer guy since day one, but the last software class I took was Pascal. So I searched Google, and found many options. I picked the one that looked the best and sent an inquiry email. To my surprise, I received a timely response from the company president. He informed me that they could not take on my project due to their present volume, but recommended David personally. Ten weeks later, and halfway through the completion of my app development, I’ve never had a doubt or an unanswered question; that’s not notable, it’s highlightable. We’ve already smoothly worked through a significant project issue with a solution that was better than the initial plan. My business partner on this project is my father, and though he’s no computer dummy, he is not super-savvy. David communicates in a way that people across the tech spectrum can understand. He’s really accessible, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He’s become a valuable partner in this project, and I look forward to a robust development future with Tekyz. I’ve been working closely with Dave for well over two years. He was very involved during the initial conceptualization process and worked in concert with me to bring my ideas and vision to something that programmers could understand. He took our high level vision along with detailed design items, made recommendations and managed his team to produce a living prototype; ultimately building a fully functional proof of concept which confirmed the validity of our concept and helped to crystallize the business plan. This has placed us in good stead with investors and prepared us to develop the full production system featured at TechCrunch in NY May, 2010. I look forward to continued work with Dave as I plan future projects.

I’ve dealt with many development organizations and all fall short of my expectations – that is until Tekyz. On time, within budget delivery is key and Tekzy has never been late and in many cases come in under budget. Tekzy lets me focus on my business rather than technology needed for my business.

I’ve used Tekyz to do the nuts and bolts of building a website that is my business, not mere one that explains my business. Tekyz has not only brought it together for me in a reasonable time and price, we also worked closely in figuring out how to make the business side of it work and how to make it easy for the user to navigate. I’m a non-techie guy, and David made it so I wasn’t overwhelmed with geek-speak and the technical side – so I could get what I wanted done without having to worry about the details and fixes.
